Teas are perfect for socials but their usefulness does not end there. You can also use them for foot baths. In choosing the appropriate tea, brewed tea is the most preferred. It is because it contains more tannin which is a property that causes some shrinking on openings of sweat glands. Just soak your feet in a tea foot bath up to 30 minutes then you can already feel the difference.
Questions also arise on how to cure sweaty feet using vinegar. The answer is simple. You can add vinegar in a foot bath and soak your feet up to 30 minutes. Vinegar contains acid that can reduce the number of bacteria on your feet. Just remember that after soaking your feet, do not rinse it right away. Wait for some time and just bare with the sour smell that it may bring.
Foot baths have been used through the years to bring comfort to feet. But by adding some ingredients, you will have a medicinal foot bath. After few sessions of foot baths, you can confidently set your feet free without worrying that someone beside you may smell something foul. You just need to observe which method is the most effective for you. Then you can continuously do that until your feet are sweat free.
